Frequently asked questions
Practical answers.
No hidden guarantees.
Use these answers to understand the process, then verify the current product, warehouse and shipping details on the relevant platform.
01Is this the official LoloBuy website?+
No. LoloBuySheet.cc is an independent research and product-discovery site. It does not represent LoloBuy, process LoloBuy orders, hold account balances or provide shipment support. Product cards link only to FindSpreadsheet, the owner's main product database.
02What LoloBuy functions could be verified on the official site?+
The current official web application exposes product detail, cart, order confirmation, manual order, transfer order, stored warehouse items, parcel submission, rehearsal, freight estimate, parcel detail, help and feedback routes. A visible route proves the workflow exists in the application; it does not prove eligibility for every user, item or destination.
03What is a LoloBuy spreadsheet?+
It is a product-discovery directory that helps a buyer group and reopen product records. A row is not a stock, authenticity, seller-performance or shipping guarantee. Re-check the source page, option, current price and warehouse evidence before paying or submitting a parcel.
04Where do the product cards and search results go?+
All product, category and search actions on this site go to matching pages or search results on FindSpreadsheet.com. The search submits the buyer's keywords to the main site's search route; category terms can open the corresponding category directly.
05What is a manual order?+
LoloBuy's official application currently contains a manual-order route. Buyers should use the live form and instructions to confirm required product URL, option, price, domestic delivery and eligibility. The route name alone does not establish supported sellers, fees or guaranteed acceptance.
06What is a transfer order?+
The official application currently contains a transfer-order route and transfer-record area. Read the logged-in instructions to confirm who purchases the item, which warehouse details are required, how domestic tracking is provided and when platform responsibility begins. Do not infer those terms from the route name alone.
07What happens when an item reaches the warehouse?+
The current interface has a stored-items area and describes appearance checking and product photos after warehouse arrival. Buyers should compare identity, variant, quantity, visible condition and measurements before approving international shipping. Arrival status is a process milestone, not proof of authenticity or performance.
08Do QC photos prove authenticity?+
No. Warehouse photos can document the visible item, label, quantity, condition and measurements shown by the camera. They cannot prove hidden materials, authenticity, durability, electrical safety, battery health or legal compliance. Ask for item-specific evidence and keep claims within what the images actually show.
09Can I return or exchange a warehouse item?+
The current stored-item interface includes return and exchange wording, but that does not create a universal right, deadline or free service. Eligibility can depend on the seller, item condition, purchase route and current platform terms. Ask before international parcel submission and act promptly.
10What is LoloBuy rehearsal or pre-packing?+
The official interface describes rehearsal as a simulation for pre-packing and freight estimation, not a real shipment. It can provide a better packed weight and dimensions. After it is completed, the buyer still needs to review the result and submit an actual parcel.
11Does this site show live LoloBuy shipping prices?+
No. Shipping depends on destination, packed weight, dimensions, item type and currently available lines. Use an early estimate only for planning and use the live parcel-submission quote for the decision. Old tables and another buyer's price are not binding quotes.
12Can LoloBuy ship to the United States, Canada, the UK or the EU?+
Public destination signals exist for several countries, and the official service describes international shipping. That is not a guarantee for a specific parcel. Confirm the live route list after the real contents, destination, weight and dimensions are known.
13Who decides customs duties or inspections?+
The destination's laws and customs authorities control import decisions. The current LoloBuy interface itself warns users to declare contents truthfully and says the platform cannot control inspection or tax outcomes. Check official destination guidance and do not rely on claims of guaranteed tax-free clearance.
14Which countries have the most LoloBuy users?+
No official country-level customer totals were found during this research, so this site does not publish invented rankings or market share. Country pages use clearly labelled official mentions, app availability and individual public reports only as demand signals, not population statistics.
15How should I read LoloBuy reviews?+
Treat each review as one reported experience. Look for destination, route, dates, parcel weight, specific status events and how the issue was resolved. A small review sample can reveal questions to ask but cannot prove a platform-wide success rate, delivery time or national popularity.
16What records should I save?+
Keep the source URL, item ID, selected variant, order number, warehouse images, support messages, packed weight and dimensions, rehearsal result if used, parcel number, route, paid freight and carrier tracking number. Redact addresses, balances and full identifiers before posting publicly.
17What is the safest way to test the process?+
Start with a small, non-urgent order whose total cost you can tolerate. Document each stage, verify the warehouse evidence, read the live route rules and follow destination law. One successful test is useful first-hand evidence but does not guarantee future seller or carrier performance.
18What information should make the final decision?+
Use the current official product or order record, warehouse evidence, logged-in parcel quote, live platform terms and official customs guidance for the destination. This site's articles explain how to evaluate those inputs; they do not replace them or guarantee an outcome.
Start with the source library for platform claims, or open the Guides section for detailed QC, warehouse, shipping and tracking explanations.
